Pão de Queijo Atalaia
According to some historical tales, Pão de Queijo emerged in the mid-18th century. At that time, the cooks on the farms of Minas Gerais began to use cassava flour in their bread recipes, to replace the low-quality whear flour of the time. They added to the flour, eggs, milk, and nat hatd old cheeses they had. Then they rolled this mixture and baked it in the oven. This delicary was usually consumed after main meals.

Atalaia Cheese Bread was created with great rigor to provide a unique experience for the consumer. For this, we have created a recipe with a Blend of 3 Cheeses: Tropical, Minas Artezanal e Provolone. This combination provides provides an indescribable aroma. Try It!
Air Fryer Preparation
- 1 - Arrange the still frozen cheese bread in the air fryer basket, with with 3 cm spaces between them;
- 2 - Set your air fryer for 15 to 30 minutes at a temperature between 180ºC a 200ºC;
- 3 - Now serve with a good coffe and feel the 3 cheeses melting... huuummmm!
Oven Preparation
- 1 - Arrange the still frozen cheese bread on a baking sheet with 3 cm spaces between them.
- 2 - Keep on baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes before placing in the oven;
- 3 - Meanwhile, preheat the oven to a temperature of approximately 150ºC;
- 4 - Place the baking sheet with the cheese bread in the oven and now just wait and enjoy this wonderful blend of 3 cheeses!!!
